Next Big App builds the Growth Intelligence Stack, a family of AI products for small businesses, from sales automation to content scheduling to call screening. After raising in December 2025, the team set a 12-month target: scale from their Turkey base of 300,000+ founders into the US and UK at the same time. That meant running parallel UA campaigns for four products across three markets.
Their growth lead used to manage the creative pipeline by hand. Concept Friday, agency picked it up Monday, first variations Wednesday, localised formats the following Tuesday. By the time the set was ready for testing, two weeks of cycle had passed and half the originally promising hooks had already cooled off.
When they brought Serafine and Echo in together, the handoff collapsed. Serafine signs off on a concept. Echo picks it up automatically. The variation set lands in the same shift. The growth lead stopped managing the pipeline because there wasn’t one anymore. It was a single continuous run from concept to test-ready batch.
