We don't have job listings. We have a studio in Istanbul, a roster of agents to ship, and a small group of people running it. If that sounds like work you'd want to do, read on.

The pace can be a lot.
You may not find this comfortable.
If that's a problem, this isn't the studio.
Why this work matters
Every app team we talk to is the same: too many ideas, not enough hands, a creative loop that breaks the moment one person goes on holiday. The cost isn't a missed campaign. It's a compounding deficit against the teams who don't break.
Pantheon is the answer that doesn't require hiring. A standing team that runs the loop, learns the brand, and makes the next round better than the last. The agents do the volume. The studio earns the trust.
We're early. Three founders, a small group of customers, Oryn on shift. Joining now means shaping the team, not staffing it. The work is real and the leverage is real.
The pace
One studio, one timezone, four cadences running at once.
Daily
Ship cycle
Plan in the morning, batch in the evening, reads the next day.
Weekly
Receipts
Customer numbers, agent volume, runway. Published internally every Friday.
Monthly
Roster moves
New agent onboarded, old behaviour killed, scope rewritten.
Quarterly
Bet review
What we said three months ago, what changed, what comes next.
What you'd work on
We don't list roles because the studio doesn't run on roles. It runs on ranges. Most people end up touching three or four of the areas below. The map below is what's on the table.
Agent design
Author the prompts, behaviours and guardrails for the five agents on the roster. Decide what they do. Decide what they don't.
Creative systems
Build the pipelines that turn idea → variation → ad → review → ship. The work compounds; the systems are how it compounds without us.
Customer growth
Sit with operators who run growth at app studios. Translate what they're missing into work the agents can run by Tuesday.
Studio operations
Hiring, finance, contracts, infra spend, the pieces that make a five-person studio behave like a twenty-person one. We don't outsource the boring.
The product itself
Onboarding, pricing, the dashboard, the receipts. Everything a customer touches. We hold the bar high here, always.
Who fits here
You ship a lot
Volume is part of the job. If you measure your week in things-completed and you like it that way, the studio will fit.
You write to think
Decisions, plans, post-mortems. All in writing. The studio runs on documents. If writing slows you down, you'll struggle here.
You take ownership end-to-end
No hand-offs to a department that doesn't exist. You see something missing, you build it or you find someone who will.
You're calm under pace
The work is heavy. We don't dramatise it. Steady operators last; sprinters burn.
What we offer
We're a small studio, not a perks page. Here's the honest version.
Compensation
Above-market for Istanbul. Below the top tier of US salaries. Calibrated against what you'd earn in a serious studio in any major hub.
Equity
Real, vesting, and meaningful. Founder-track for the first ten people. We tell you the cap table on day one.
Istanbul, mostly in person
The studio is in Istanbul and we work together in a room most days. Visiting weeks for international hires; relocating is the long-term path. If neither is on the table, we likely won't be a fit.
Range, not a role
You won't be slotted. Day one, you see the studio's three biggest open problems. You pick.
The receipts
We share the numbers internally every month. Runway, MRR, ad spend, customer count. You're a founder, you should know.
How to reach us
There's no application form. We don't filter on CVs, we filter on what you've built and how you think. So write to us, directly, and tell us both.
Include something you're proud of, the harder the context the better. A live link beats a deck. A deck beats a paragraph. A paragraph still beats nothing.
